Chef Wing prepared an incredible meal for us. The pancit , adobo , tomato soup and authentic arabica coffee is superb . His friendly demeanor made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The homemade coffee is the perfect finishing touch – warm, comforting, and perfectly brewed. It’s inspiring to see Filipino culture represented with such pride and artistry. A must-try for anyone wanting a flavorful journey to the Philippines!

Delicious, mouthwatering, heavenly—these are the first three words that come to mind when you take a bite of Chef Wing’s cooking. From his menu, I have enjoyed the Roasted Chicken Adobo and a few special dishes that Chef Wing prepares from time to time. These special dishes include Fried Chicken and Chopsuey. If you’re like me and can’t resist devouring anything that looks and smells good, you’ll find yourself doing the same with Chef Wing’s offerings. The only downside to this is missing out on photos to share a glimpse of the experience. Other than the food being amazing, you can have it delivered straight to your front door to enjoy at home. Overall, it’s an amazing experience, especially if you’re a foodie or enjoy Filipino cuisine. I would HIGHLY recommend ordering from Chef Wing and will definitely order from him again.

10/10 meals- Chef Wing’s dishes are absolutely delicious! Food was excellent, and everything was made to perfection. If you haven’t tried his food you are missing out. Also make sure to order dessert, it’s so good. 10/10 service - Nothing but great things to say about Chef Wing. Customer service is great every time. 10/10 Delivery is a plus and is prompt. I highly recommend Chef Wing!

When I found out that Chef Wing would be relocating to Fresno, I was thrilled. He's widely celebrated as one of the top chefs in Washington D.C., and his reputation precedes him. Although I never had the opportunity to visit his renowned restaurant, Balangay, I'm now eagerly anticipating the chance to savor his culinary masterpieces. Chef Wing has a unique talent for transforming ordinary dishes into extraordinary experiences. He consistently adds his own creative twist to traditional Filipino cuisine, evoking a sense of nostalgia and comfort. His food truly feels like a taste of home, no matter where you are. My absolute favorite dish of his is the Chicken Adobo!
